As the business continues to scale globally, the Revenue Operations function is expanding to support an increasingly sophisticated go-to-market structure.


The Role

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this role sits at the centre of the commercial engine of the business. You will work closely with global sales leaders, finance teams and senior stakeholders to maintain pipeline discipline, improve forecast accuracy and ensure the sales organisation has the operational insights required to perform.


This is a highly analytical role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with data, identifying trends within complex sales pipelines and helping sales leadership make better commercial decisions.


You will also play an important role in ensuring sales systems and processes remain efficient as the organisation continues to grow internationally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the global sales forecasting cadence and ensure pipeline accuracy
  • Analyse sales pipeline data and identify risks, trends and performance gaps
  • Support sales leadership with insights on forecast accuracy, win rates and pipeline health
  • Work closely with finance to ensure commission and incentive payments are accurate and timely
  • Maintain strong operational discipline across the sales organisation
  • Partner with the Salesforce administrator on user access, reporting and system improvements
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting and automation
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior sales and leadership teams globally


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex sales data
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data modelling
  • Experience working with Salesforce reporting and CRM data
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to commercial stakeholders
  • Experience supporting global sales teams or complex enterprise sales environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions when required
