Key Responsibilities
- Act as a national ambassador, nurturing client relationships and representing the Water Infrastructure team across state and sector lines.
- Develop and lead business development strategies, pursue plans, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build strong, multi-disciplinary alliances with internal stakeholders and industry partners.
- Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of collaboration, sustainability, and innovation.
- Lead recruitment and capability growth within the water team nationally.
- Manage and mentor direct reports, promoting career development and performance excellence.
- Oversee major project bids, including contract negotiations and risk assessments.
- Act as Project Director on high-value infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support budget achievement and implement best-practice project governance systems.
- Drive alignment with company values, including sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

- Proven leadership in the water infrastructure or related sectors.
- Strong technical acumen across civil and structural disciplines.
- Exceptional business development and stakeholder engagement abilities.

- RPEQ accreditation (or ability to obtain) is essential.
