Key Responsibilities

• Act as a national ambassador, nurturing client relationships and representing the Water Infrastructure team across state and sector lines.
• Develop and lead business development strategies, pursue plans, and market expansion initiatives.
• Build strong, multi-disciplinary alliances with internal stakeholders and industry partners.
• Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of collaboration, sustainability, and innovation.
• Lead recruitment and capability growth within the water team nationally.
• Manage and mentor direct reports, promoting career development and performance excellence.
• Oversee major project bids, including contract negotiations and risk assessments.
• Act as Project Director on high-value infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support budget achievement and implement best-practice project governance systems.
• Drive alignment with company values, including sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

• Proven leadership in the water infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong technical acumen across civil and structural disciplines.
