The Role

As their Social Media Coordinator you will play a crucial role in amplifying the company's online presence and engaging with their community. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can help develop and execute compelling social media campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content that aligns with the brand’s voice, managing social media channels, and analysing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing brand and make a tangible impact on their digital footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
• Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to grow the companies social reach and network. 
• Have the ability to create engaging content, and also use your photography skills to add to your content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Experience working for beauty brands, or else a keen interest and passion in the industry is a bonus! 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok and experience with influencer marketing and community engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
• Photography skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
