As a Business Development Manager, your role will be critical in acquiring new business that aligns with our target market. Key Responsibilities
- Drive solution selling of our comprehensive telecom offerings.
- Identify and qualify prospects in various business sectors, including Corporate IT, Digital, and Online marketplaces.
- Develop tailored telecommunications and hosted solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with SMEs, Solution Architects, and Sales Heads on opportunities.
- Expand a network of partners for new business leads.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual basis.
- Required: Tertiary qualifications, High School Certificate, Formal training in Sales Methodology (e.g., Miller Heiman, TAS, SPIN, Challenger).
- Desirable: Advanced training in commercial negotiation.
- At least 5 years of direct sales experience in the corporate market.
- Proven success in corporate sales, particularly in the IT&T environment.
- Keen interest in IT&T industry trends.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all corporate levels.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and financial revenue modelling.
- Expertise in proposal writing and strategic sales planning.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and independent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
