The Role

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will help manage web and tech projects from concept through completion, ensuring a seamless process across all stages of delivery. The role requires someone who can navigate the complexities of working with designers, developers, and clients while keeping everything on track. You’ll thrive in versatility and enjoy working across a diverse collection of brands.

This is a fully remote, part-time, running contract position, offering $65–$75/hour. They are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys bringing big ideas to life alongside talented people. The candidate must be willing to work MT hours.

The Responsibilities

·      Managing & prioritizing multiple concurrent fast-paced projects with unmatched attention to detail

·      Creating briefs, statements of work, and detailed schedules

·      Forecasting, tracking, and managing project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices

·      Finding the right team to work on your projects (“resourcing”), while working with a team of Project Managers to manage teams with conflicting priorities

·      Working closely with clients, internal teams and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact through project delivery

·      Managing and maintaining scope, and communicating the status of project scope to both internal and external teams

·      Managing, documenting and communicating risks, changes, and issues that affect the project

·      Mentoring and working with Project Managers and Coordinators

·      Creating a positive, collaborative and team-oriented work environment

The Requirements

• 6 - 8 years of total PM experience and 1 - 2 years as a Sr. PM.
• Experience at well-established agencies (50+ people)
• Worked with budgets of $100K - $1M
• Proven track record as a Project Manager for web and technology projects
• Familiarity with the full lifecycle of website and digital product development
• Solid experience partnering with cross-functional teams of designers and developers
• Excellent organizational skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for process
• Strong communication skills — able to explain complex technical ideas clearly and professionally
• Well-versed in PM tools such as Jira, TeamGantt (similar to MS Project), GDrive, Google Sheets (using easy formulas), time tracking systems, etc.
• Available to work during Mountain Time business hours (with some flexibility)
