The Role:
The Senior Marketing Strategist is a pivotal role within our full-service advertising agency, responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive client growth and maximize ROI. This position requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical prowess, and client relationship management skills to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The company is looking for a collaborative, and motivated person to join their team, and assist them in ensuring the wishes and visions of their clients become a reality.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to meet client objectives and target audience needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategic recommendations and campaign concepts.
  • Conceptualize and develop integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including print, broadcast, digital display, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to present marketing strategies, campaign updates, and performance reports, and solicit feedback and Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and gather insights that inform client strategies. This includes analyzing competitor strategies, identifying market opportunities, and understanding emerging consumer behaviors.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years experience working in the marketing space.
  • Agency experience, B2B and B2C experience.
  • Solid experience working across traditional and digital marketing space, with solid experience with SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and more.
  • Proven successful track record of their strategic planning abilities, with exceptional skills in media buying and digital advertising planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities with experience mentoring and leading teams to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
