We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a nationally recognised finance organization that is embarking on a significant journey to enhance collaboration tools, we are seeking a talented individual to play a pivotal role in this transformation. This position offers a competitive daily compensation and a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for collaboration tool enhancement.
• Drive workshops and meetings to understand current processes and recommend improvements aligned with transformation goals.
• Conduct impact analysis and provide insights to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are effectively implemented.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in finance or technology-related transformation programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom) and understanding of their integration within business processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile methodologies experience preferred.
