The Role


The organisation is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in both system administration and data architecture principles. This individual will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimising the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on ensuring data integrity, scalability, and compliance with data residency requirements. Working closely with internal teams, the successful candidate will translate business and regulatory needs into effective Salesforce solutions that support long-term growth and operational excellence.


Responsibilities


  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
  • Build and maintain workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, cleansing, and integrity checks.
  • Ensure compliance with data residency and sovereignty laws.
  • Optimise data models, storage, and scalability to support business growth.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and train staff on best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and integrate AppExchange applications where required.
  • Document processes, governance policies, and data management practices.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Experience with data residency and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce integrations, data migration tools, and managing large data volumes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines is an asset.
  • Salesforce Data Architecture Associate certification is a strong advantage.
