As a Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of their software solutions. You will serve as the bridge between their clients, stakeholders, and development teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks and user stories. Your primary focus will be to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product strategy to meet the needs of their customers and business objectives. Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, goals, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Champion the product vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and fostering a shared understanding of product goals.
• Ability to align product strategy with overall business goals.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to think critically, make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration.
• Understanding of product design principles and user experience, collaborating with UX/UI designers to design intuitive and user-friendly software solutions.
• Experience with product road mapping and prioritization
• Work closely with development teams to estimate effort, plan sprints, and coordinate release schedules to deliver high-quality software increments on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and identify risks and dependencies to mitigate potential issues and ensure successful product delivery.

Market Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including customer needs, pain points, and industry trends.
• Ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Experience conducting market research and using data to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with clients, end-users, and cross-functional teams to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and refine requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, development teams, and other internal/external partners to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
• Conduct regular sprint reviews, product demos, and retrospectives to gather feedback, celebrate successes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on product features and functionality, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
• Experience with market knowledge and research.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into an actionable vision.
• Certification(s) in Agile/Scrum is a plus.
