Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to understand customer technical needs and design tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Develop compelling proposals, respond to RFPs, and prepare comprehensive bidding documents while managing bidding-related workload.
• Coordinate the technical aspects of planning, quoting, and procurement activities.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring resource efficiency, adherence to timelines, and project scope.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and project management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Provide support for post-sales activities as required.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Proven experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering role, preferably within a System Integrator & MSP environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to varied audiences.
• Team-oriented, with the capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Availability for travel to meet client needs.
• Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Operating Systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, Unix)
• Networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching)
• Virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Storage systems (e.g., SAN, NAS)
• Database Management (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server)
• Security and Identity Authentication
• Cloud Computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
