The Opportunity
They’re on the hunt for a Paid Media Strategist who eats Google and Meta ads for breakfast. Someone who can plan, launch, and scale campaigns that don’t just look good on paper, they deliver results. You’ll own media strategy for multiple clients, managing six-figure monthly spends, optimising in real time, and constantly pushing ROAS north.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow multi-channel ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, and Meta platforms.
- Research, test, and refine keywords, audiences, and targeting strategies that actually convert.
- Craft compelling ad copy and visuals that get the click, and the sale.
- Build and maintain tracking setups through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and native platform tools.
- Analyse campaign data, surface insights, and make recommendations that improve ROI.
- Deploy advanced paid tactics: retargeting, segmentation, automated bidding, and lookalike audiences.
- Report clearly and confidently, no fluff, just facts and actionable next steps.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads (agency side strongly preferred).
- Current Google Ads Certification.
- Deep understanding of GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking logic.
- Proven success managing $200K+ monthly budgets.
- Familiarity with other social channels is a plus (TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- A natural curiosity for testing, learning, and making campaigns better week after week.
This role is 100% remote, but aligned to Eastern Time. You’ll join a sharp, collaborative team where ideas move fast and data drives decisions. Expect autonomy, transparency, and a clear path to expand into broader cross-channel media leadership.
