We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to join our team. You have experience with various testing methods for web-based applications. You are methodical, precise, and organised. You take pride in making things work well.
  
Purpose:
  
The Quality Assurance/ Test Analyst is responsible for testing the functionality of business systems to ensure that quality standards are met. This includes business and technical functionality, taking into account the usage of the application. The Test Analyst is also responsible for ensuring where possible non-functional requirements, such as system performance, are validated.
  
Responsibilities

• Contribute to user story acceptance criteria through your experience with our products. Help us identify gaps in our requirements before we start building and once development has started.
• Work with the team to test features while they’re being built and raise feedback as you have it
• Smoke test deploys
• Regression test when there are major changes
• Write and maintain automated tests

  
Skills and Experience

• at least 2 + years test manual test experience with some experience/exposure to auto test practices (experience in Cypress a plus)
• experience testing a web based software product including new functionality
• an excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively with developers and product team members
• passionate about learning new technologies and frameworks
• at their best working within an Agile environment
