  • Sales Operations: Oversee the complete quote-to-cash cycle, ensuring efficient order processing and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance teams.
  • Field Operations & Bid Management: Deliver expert sales support across regions and ensure rapid, high-quality responses to requests for proposals.
  • Enablement: Design and implement training programs for the sales team, fostering skills in core sales techniques, product expertise, and strategy execution.
  • Reporting and Systems Management: Manage critical tools like Salesforce, HighSpot, and Gong while delivering actionable analytics to leadership.
  • Leadership: Develop the Revenue Operations and Enablement team’s strategy, define future capabilities, and contribute to shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy.
