The Role


The E-commerce Growth Marketer will lead the charge in scaling digital marketing efforts through strategic, multi-channel paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google, and TikTok, driving customer acquisition, optimizing for return on ad spend (ROAS), and experimenting with new channels to ensure continuous growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory by implementing creative and data-driven marketing strategies.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, Instagram, and TikTok, targeting customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, optimizing for conversions, traffic, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, targeting, and creative output.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy.
  • Allocate and manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ad spend.
  • Analyse KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Identify and test new growth channels and marketing opportunities.
  • Enhance the customer journey from acquisition through retention, optimizing for higher conversion rates.
  • Stay current with platform updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements


  • 3-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and revenue through data-driven strategies. Experience in growth marketing, CRO, or similar roles focused on scaling e-commerce businesses.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, CRO best practices, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools like Google Analytics and reporting on KPIs such ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or similar platforms are a plus.
