This role offers a harmonious hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, allowing for a balanced and flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for a diverse clientele, adeptly managing multiple accounts (up to 10 clients) with a tailored, attentive approach.
• Oversee the timely and budget-conscious delivery of key email marketing services including email automation flow builds.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns.
• Develop and deliver cogent email marketing strategies that address core business and customer engagement needs of the client.
• Uphold a robust understanding of key eCommerce and email metrics to provide clear, data-driven recommendations for enhancing sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in major email platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, MailChimp, or comparable platforms.
• A solid grasp of email marketing data principles, engagement metrics and a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional project management skills, paired with clear and concise communication.
