With over 100+ retailers that stock their labels, they’re excited for further international expansion plans for 2023 and beyond.

They’re on the hunt for a well-seasoned and hard-working E-commerce Manager who can bring their knowledge to manage, develop and grow their online sales. Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the GM to align corporate strategy with Digital/Online strategy
  • Delivery best practice, create new processes, improve existing and be systematic in your approach
  • Maintaining all online platforms including uploading content and daily management on our websites and retailer portals
  • Developing conversion/growth marketing strategies including weekly EDMs
  • Strategic planning through inventory analysis and marketing initiatives
  • Online customer relations including queries and returns
  • Developing new e-commerce systems and processes to facilitate the future growth of our brands
About You:
  • You’re an all-rounder - you have experience in everything related to e-commerce from platform management to customer service
  • You’ve great at handling high volume E-commerce environments
  • You have a knack for creating strong content and marketing collateral including EDMs
  • You’re hyper diligent and organised, working well with tight deadlines
  • You’re independent and take ownership within a small team environment
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in E-commerce, preferably in fashion
  • Agency or In-house E-commerce, Social Media & Paid Media background preferred
  • Self-motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and eventually lead a team
  • Experience in implementing new initiatives and processes from the ground up
  • Ability to multitask and execute quickly and efficiently
  • Strong analytical, creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, and inventory management platforms are essential
  • Knowledge in Adobe Suite programs are favourable but not essential
  • Degree-qualified in a related field
