The Role


The Marketing Performance Director will be the driving force behind the agency’s performance marketing initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics. The successful candidate will lead a talented team, working closely with various departments to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI for clients. Responsibilities


  • Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of the agency's top-tier marketing clients.
  • Analyse campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and manage marketing performance budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a leadership role within performance marketing.
  • 10+ years experience in Marketing, with experience executing marketing campaigns and strategies for 30+ clients.
  • Agency experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and attribution models.
  • Expertise in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager. and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
