The Company:


Work for a Calgary-based Digital Marketing agency with roots across Canada. This agency are looking for a Paid Media Director in Calgary to assist with projects across Alberta. 


The Role:


As Paid Media Director, your responsibilities will include managing, shaping and executing strategies that elevate the company’s presence online and drive unparalleled growth. Utilize your expertise in digital advertising platforms and your strategic prowess, you will lead a team to deliver impactful campaigns that exceed expectations and propel our partner to new heights of success.




  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with partner objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of paid media campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Manage a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to drive performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Drive the company's paid media strategy & product development; with the goal of creating brandable "secret sauce" level strategies
  • Mentor and train the company at large on paid media initiatives
  • Enhance and create department processes




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 10+ Years experience working in Digital Marketing with a focus on Paid Media. 
  • Solid Experience working with digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Looking for a systems and process-minded individual. You love doing the work but creating systems and products for others to follow.
  • Excellent and skilled in analytics!
