About My Client:
  
My client is the advertising arm of one of the world's most recognised Electronics manufacturers and leverages proprietary real-time TV viewing behaviour and insights to promote relevant brands and content experiences to consumers. They partner with brands, agencies and content owners to deliver unique advertising opportunities on native placements within their Smart TV platform and programmatically with a cross-device solution. 
   
They have developed a proprietary ad platform that leverages unique first-party TV data to help brands connect to their audience as they explore content across desktop, mobile, tablets, and smart TVs. The
The platform delivers high-quality audience targeting powered by three key components: first-party data at scale, world-class data science, and brand-safe cross-device ad inventory. 
  

About the Position:
  
They are on the hunt for a Creative Designer to work across the business and their owned and operated free streaming TV service. This role will be responsible for the creation of design materials across both B2B and D2C platforms to the highest standard of function and design.
  
Nearly every facet of marketing and sales starts with some form of content - whether it’s a sales presentation, on-platform campaign, landing page, case study, or social media post - content is how they engage an audience, earn customer trust, and communicate their value proposition. And design is a critical part of how content is perceived. You will help them develop, manage and roll out their brand identity across all communications and ensure the visual design consistently matches the voice and tone of their messaging.
  
The individual should be a self-starter, a design generalist and have a keen eye for detail. Bonus if you have a deep understanding of the ins and outs of the entertainment industry, media agencies or B2B companies. They should have a passion for video, advanced TV, and the rapidly changing way consumers are viewing premium content across all screens.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Creation of all on-air assets including native ad formats promoting key channels/series
  • Develop Channel platform assets including Brand IDs, Animated ad slates, lower third supers and channel logos
  • Design digital and social assets for both B2B and D2C campaigns, projects and platforms
  • Development and creation of sales narrative into PowerPoint designs and templates
  • Creation of all in-market narratives including Case Studies, Whitepaper reports, Product One Sheets and Videos
  • Creating mocks to support new product solutions for advertising clients and partners
  • Develop local design styles within global brand guidelines for specific market nuances 
  • Develop design concepts to help drive new creative, branding ideas or new narratives in the market.
  • Utilise online platform for all creative briefs, workflow management and approvals
  • Quality checking all jobs and ensuring all data is correct with key stakeholders
  • Making sure all files are set up correctly and are created to industry standards.
  • Work with Global Creative services to roll out new guidelines and templates
  • Assist in any required photo shoots, image editing and general tasks
 
 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • A qualification in Graphic Design/Visual Communication
  • At least 5 years of experience Demonstrate competency across the entire Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Competency across Microsoft programs
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • An understanding of hierarchy and design space in regard to campaign objectives
  • A strong understanding of the print production process
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver in both print and digital mediums
  • Premier Pro and After Effects are not essential but are highly desirable 
  

Background/Experience Required: 
  • Deep understanding of the current media landscape, with knowledge of Australia’s digital and CTV advertising space.
  • 5+ years of industry or relatable experience with a significant portion spent working at a media publisher
  • Successful internal and external relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
