Job description
This nimble and fast-evolving media consultancy is on a mission to bring clarity to the often chaotic world of advertising. The growing demand for their straightforward and high-performing insights has led to the need for an experienced Client Manager to join their tightly knit, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with major clients
- Drive client retention and identify opportunities for organic growth
- Manage and deliver performance benchmarking reviews with clarity and structure
- Interpret data, generate clear insights, and communicate actionable recommendations
- Oversee consultancy delivery and bring in senior leadership where appropriate
- Structure, lead and contribute to client meetings with clear agendas and outcomes
- Provide coaching and day-to-day support to Client Service Executives
- Collaborate on process improvements and contribute to product development
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and media landscape shifts
- Pitch in on general office tasks in true small-team spirit
Desired Skills and Attributes
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proven ability to analyse data and translate findings into clear communication
- A confident and collaborative communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable leading client conversations and navigating complex business needs
- Capable of managing competing priorities with transparency and focus
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a team-focused culture
- Genuine interest in advertising, media strategy, and client success
