Service Delivery Manager - Cloud Services

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and manage strategic operational relationships with customers, including senior C-suite contacts.

• Support and assist customers with their operational requirements and queries through site visits and phone contact.

• Meet with customers to capture and share information relating to incidents and projects.

• Project manage the implementation of or changes to services.

• Interface with internal stakeholders to resolve issues or inquiries.

• Act as a point of escalation for all operational issues and concerns within the defined portfolio.

• Identify opportunities where the company’s products and services can meet customer needs.


Desired Skills and Attributes:


• University degree.

• Ideally 5 years of experience in roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager.

• Experience in the IT industry, preferably within a Managed Services Provider, IaaS Provider, or Public/Private Cloud provider.

• Understanding of cloud technologies.

• ITIL, Agile, and/or Prince II certifications are highly desirable.

• Previous experience as a project manager or project coordinator is a plus.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
