The Role: As an SEO Specialist, you will be a pivotal force in enhancing online visibility and driving organic growth for a diverse range of clients. Your role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise to optimize websites and content for search engines. You'll play a key role in developing and executing SEO strategies that elevate the online presence of our client's partners.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform content strategies.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to optimize websites.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
  • Provide SEO insights and recommendations to improve online visibility.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Flexible Hybrid work-model based in Eugene, Oregon
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
Nice to haves:
  • Prior experience with Asana is an asset
  • Prior agency experience is an asset
