The Role:
  
This role will involve working alongside both Marketing Managers, and Senior Strategists, helping to devise and create digital strategies for their diverse range of clients. This position requires a deep understanding of digital platforms, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive client success and agency growth. Ensure you are continuously up to date with the latest trends, insights and tools in the marketing space, utilising these to empower the team, and also better your strategies. The company is looking for a collaborative, and motivated person to join their team, and assist them in ensuring the wishes and visions of their clients become a reality.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy development.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss strategy adjustments, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Present campaign reports and performance metrics in a clear and actionable manner, demonstrating the value of our services.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the agency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, advertising, and technology.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for the agency to differentiate and add value to clients through innovative digital solutions.
  
Requirements:
  
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 6+ years experience working across digital marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies for clients across various industries..
  • Solid experience working with SEO, SEM, SEMrush, Web Analytics, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, with excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Moz.
  • Collaborative, motivated and enthusiastic personality, with excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Agency experience is a huge plus!
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
