Senior Business Analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct workshops for business process improvement and system optimisation.
  • Lead the development of business cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Drive implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations modules, including payments, procurement, and inventory.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure stakeholder alignment across technical and business units.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and proactively deliver recommendations.
  • Leverage data and reporting tools like Power BI to support strategic insights and decision-making.
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary teams using modern DevOps and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.


Desired Skills and Attributes

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE and D365 FO (Finance/Operations).
  • Experience in finance-related systems, particularly procurement, payments, or inventory.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and tools like Terraform.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics via Power BI.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Comfortable working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, IT, or Engineering; industry certifications (e.g. CCBA, ITIL) desirable.
