Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business requirements gathering and process optimisation workshops.
- Document user stories, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and project leads to deliver value-based outcomes.
- Provide strategic analysis to drive process efficiencies and technology adoption.
- Champion the use and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including the Field Service module.
- Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities across systems and workflows.
- Contribute thought leadership in aligning business needs with technology solutions.
- Support integration discussions across cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and relevant tools.
Desired Skills and Attributes
- 5+ years in business analysis roles with demonstrable results.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, including Field Service.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Working knowledge of Power BI for visualising data insights and reporting.
- Experience collaborating with QA teams and familiarity with modern testing tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
- Exposure to agile project environments and end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (e.g., CCBA/CBAP, ITIL) are highly regarded.
