The Role:
  
As the Senior Brand Designer you will be a central figure that sees the brand vision and goals turn into reality for clients.  You will play a pivotal role in helping all clients envision, and create their Brand. 

  Responsibilities:

  • Stay upto date with all new trends, and brands. Continuously upskilling, and honing your skills and capabilities. 
  • Each morning, connect with the team for a brief meeting. 
  • Meet with clients who are looking for a new brand, or a brand modernization project. Alongside the CEO and other account strategists, you listen, advise, and start the process of imagining a new future for the brand that will attract the right customers to its products and services.
  • Meet with multi-national companies for client presentations. Present campaign concepts, alongside the CEO.
  • Meet with the creative team, post client meeting, and plan next steps based on client feedback, comments, and discussions.
  •  Planning, dreaming, and executing a new brand and campaign for a medium-sized business that’s looking to expand its services into the U.S..
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience working in design. 
  • A Super strong portfolio with experience in brand ideation and creation, campaign creation and design, and strong ad design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present designs and build alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Great leadership skills, with 5 + years of experience consulting directly with Canada’s top CEOs, CMOs, CFOs and more. Ability to handle yourself well under pressure in meetings and can handle strategic questioning from clients. 
  • Excellent tactical visual design skills with a sensitivity to user experience.
  • Ability to utilize user feedback, research, and data insights into a user-centered design process.
  • Experience working in a Lean/Kanban process.
  • Solid experience and knowledge of WCAG compliant design.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
