The Role:
This studio is looking for a Senior Animation Tools Engineer to design, develop and maintain a variety of tools for the engine of their latest AAA project. As Senior Animation Tools Engineer you will work alongside various disciplines to refine workflows in order to streamline content creation, art and data pipelines.

The Role:
This studio is looking for a Senior Animation Tools Engineer to design, develop and maintain a variety of tools for the engine of their latest AAA project. As Senior Animation Tools Engineer you will work alongside various disciplines to refine workflows in order to streamline content creation, art and data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect new tools based on what thew developer requires
- Be the collaborator! Collaborate with artists, designers, and other engineers for feature development.
- Immerse yourself within the content teams and work alongside product owners in order to determine and fulfill workflow needs.
- Work on the animation tools.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the content creation workflow.
- Act as a senior figure, with the confidence and experience to mentor more juniuor team members when the need may arise!
Requirements:
- 5+ year’s experience in software development working in a gaming setting
- Solid experience working with Animation Tools (Animations, Cinematics, Movement)
- Excellent programming skills with extensive experience in C++ and C#
- Experience developing Qt and WPF applications
- Excellent architecture skills
- Solid experience with coding, including the ability to write clear and maintainable code
- Experience with databases and large datasets, game client/ server architecture is a major plus!
- UI/UX Design skills is an also an additional plus!
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
