As part of this commitment, they are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to ensure their CRM infrastructure effectively supports revenue operations and decision-making across the company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and enhance the end-to-end Salesforce environment, including both standard and custom components.
  • Oversee configuration changes: fields, layouts, workflows, reports, dashboards, and mobile settings.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and scalability across the Salesforce platform.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Shield, Revenue Intelligence, and other Salesforce products.
  • Maintain data hygiene, security, and usability; drive data enrichment programs.
  • Own user and license management, including onboarding, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to define, document, and implement process improvements.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and architectural diagrams.
  • Support change management across sandbox and production environments.
  • Train and support users, particularly within the Sales team, to maximise platform adoption and ROI.


Desired Skills and Attributes:


  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin and other Salesforce certs (preferred).
  • 4–6 years’ experience managing complex, customised Salesforce environments.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B commercial operations, sales, and marketing processes.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively.
  • Data analytics, modelling and reporting experience using Salesforce and G-Suite tools.
  • Experience with SQL and other data/system management tools.
  • High attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
