Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the pre-sales process based on client opportunities and goals.
- Build RFPs and IO approvals, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
- Support Client Solutions Managers throughout the campaign lifecycle, including proposal creation, implementation, post-campaign delivery, and billing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Ad Operations, Inventory, Marketing, and Finance.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and sales offerings.
- Assist the Client Solutions and Sales Leadership Team with client-focused tasks.
- Create and streamline processes to enhance efficiencies.
- Handle some administrative tasks to support Sales and Client Solutions leadership.
Desired Skills And Attributes
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Client Solutions or Ad Sales, with CTV or buying experience being a plus.
- Experience with media planning and building RFP/RFIs is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and its relationship with traditional advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adhere to timelines.
- Detail-oriented and mindful of the impact of quality work on the business.
- Independent, driven to succeed, and a true team player who takes full accountability for assigned tasks.
