Revenue Operations Specialist
Job description
A forward-thinking and rapidly expanding Australian technology business, this company is known for its innovative solutions and steadfast commitment to customer success. Due to consistent growth and increased market demand, they are expanding their Revenue Operations & Enablement team to enhance their quote-to-cash efficiency and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer and sales team inquiries
- Generate and validate sales orders and invoices against Salesforce records
- Coordinate billing, invoicing, stock release, and order tracking
- Support logistics with shipment preparation and compliance
- Monitor and communicate shipment progress to internal stakeholders
- Follow up with customers on Defence Export Controls (DEC) requirements
- Manage lead times, availability requests, inventory, and returns
- Administer the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process
- Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness within Salesforce
- Provide policy guidance to the sales team
- Relay performance insights and improvement opportunities to leadership
Desired Skills and Attributes
- 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in the tech sector
- Strong order processing, coordination, and customer service experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Analytical problem-solving mindset and sound judgement
- Skilled communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Independent and proactive working style
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite is advantageous
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
