Job description
We are looking for a Program Manager for a leading consultancy firm, our client is embarking on a major initiative to manage and deliver high-impact programs, and they are seeking a Program Manager to lead this. This role offers 1-year fixed-term contract, providing a fantastic opportunity for you to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead and oversee the execution of complex programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic goals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including defining scope, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management to achieve program success.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive program progress and manage expectations effectively.
Project Oversight: Monitor and evaluate program performance, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including managing project teams, vendors, and external partners to meet program objectives.
Reporting and Communication: Provide clear and regular updates to clients and senior management on program status, including progress reports, risk assessments, and key achievements.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven Experience: Significant experience as a Program Manager within a consultancy environment, managing complex programs and delivering strategic results (5+ Years).
Program Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive successful program outcomes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and convey complex information effectively.
Qualifications: A relevant degree in Business, Management, or a related field, along with professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar.
