The Role:


As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between strategic vision and technical execution. Embedded in a dynamic and agile environment, you will guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that align with business objectives and user needs. Your expertise in managing product backlogs, translating complex requirements, and prioritising tasks will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that delight users and stakeholders alike.


Responsibilities:


  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and alignment with the overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain a high-performing agile process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
  • Analyse product performance metrics and use insights to inform future improvements.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience (8+ years) as a Product Owner in web and technology or in a similar role within a digital or creative environment.
  • Experience developing enterprise products and strategies for multiple clients.
  • Agency or tech background.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO etc), UX/UI design, or web development is an asset.
  • Solid portfolio with skills in project and product management for website, and software development, digital products, software engineering and more.
  • Solid Client-facing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
