Role Description:
This is a full-time Performance Executive role, based in North Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility of a hybrid office & remote working week. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with optimizing campaigns and ensuring client success through data analysis, insights generation, strategy development, and ongoing reporting. They will use their passion for data and analytics to help improve clients' media investments, increase revenues and drive business growth. This is a hybrid role that demands a combination of strategic thinking and tactical execution and will require working with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and measure marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth. This role will predominantly be focused on Paid Search whilst supporting other digital performance channels.

  • Tertiary study in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing, marketing analytics, and ad technologies. Media agency experience is favourable.
  • Minimum 18 months experience working in Paid Search, with experience across Google Ads & SA360.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Advanced analytical skills with data analysis, data visualization, and reporting skills.
  • Experience with dashboard or report creation, usage & commentary writing.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up optimization strategies, testing, and executing test plans.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data insights.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Passionate about marketing and digital trends, continuous improvement, and driving business results.
