The Role
They are looking for a SEM Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join their team full-time. This individual will play a key role in managing and scaling advertising campaigns for a variety of clients, while also driving measurable improvements in performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience at scale, working with top-tier brands who average a spend of $200k/month.
The Responsibilities
- Oversee advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, and others.
- Conduct keyword research, refine audience targeting, and manage negative keyword strategies.
- Write, test, and optimize ad copy and creative to improve click-through rates and conversion outcomes.
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific tracking systems.
- Analyse campaign data and performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA, and prepare clear, actionable reports.
- Implement advanced tactics including retargeting campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated bidding strategies.
The Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ direct experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking best practices.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads required; experience with additional social platforms is a strong plus.
