Outbound Sales Specialist:


We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to join a dynamic sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential leads, converting them into clients, and scheduling initial meetings. Success in this position requires outstanding communication skills, a solid understanding of the services provided, and the ability to build strong relationships with leads from Australia.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Outreach: Proactively engage with potential leads to introduce and promote managed IT services.
  • Conversion: Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the services, addressing questions and concerns to effectively convert leads into clients.
  • Meeting Arrangement: Schedule and coordinate initial meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships and guide them smoothly through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain all records and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead conversion metrics and progress to the sales manager.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, ideally within the IT services sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Understanding of IT Services: Basic knowledge of managed IT services and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Australian Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Australian market and business culture is a plus.
  • Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working with remote teams is advantageous.
