The Role:
  
As the Marketing Director for our full-service marketing agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of
clients.
  
Responsibilities:
  
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance and support. Actively engage in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand their challenges and opportunities.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and other relevant platforms. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals, including strategists, designers, copywriters, and digital specialists. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations for optimization. Prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and advertising. Incorporate new ideas and innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of client campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, allocating resources in a way that maximizes ROI and delivers measurable results. Track expenditures, monitor project profitability, and provide transparent reporting to clients.
  • Collaboration and Cross-functional Integration: Work closely with other departments within the agency, such as sales, creative, and account management, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  
Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field;
  • Proven experience: 7 +years in a senior marketing role, preferably within a full-service marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve client objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
