Due to ongoing growth in their business, they are now seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to join their vibrant team and work with one of the world’s largest brands.

They are a data-informed creative agency with the customer at the heart of everything they do. They seek to go beyond just an advertising company by engineering creative ideas and executions that speak to the consumer and not at them which serves as the platform for solutions that ripples through the market.
  
The Role:
You will be leading research efforts to develop a clear and comprehensive view of the client experience, identifying opportunities for product and process improvement, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

You will also provide actionable insights to help the organisation solve problems and drive customer value. This may include customer journey mapping, persona development, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, development of business cases, and establishing the tracking of results and outcomes.

The Market Researcher will work closely with other teams to establish a research platform to house, organise, and share all client, market, and product research across the agency’s portfolio, including metadata standards for research. The nature of research will be centred around the clients’ customer’s experience, needs, and pain points, as well as, the behaviour and characteristics of their customer base.
  
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Understanding business objectives and designing data collection methods to discover prospective customers’ preferences
  • Compiling and analysing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
  • Understand user psychology to create personas through user research and data
  • Work closely with the CX and CRO manager to develop data-driven customer stories, examining how our clients are doing and how we can improve the customer experience
  • Manage Product catalogue updates and performance for our e-commerce clients with a focus on CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Research, Statistics, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
  • Proven Market Research Analysis experience, both qualitative and quantitative
