Growth Marketing Lead – E-Commerce Beauty Brand | Hybrid in Edmonton | $85-110k + Bonus

The Role:
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll take ownership of the company’s paid digital strategy—steering acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. With a strong focus on ROI, this is a high-impact role where performance marketing meets creativity and experimentation. You'll partner closely with in-house creatives and external collaborators to deliver fresh, conversion-driven campaigns that accelerate brand growth and customer engagement. This is a rare opportunity to lead strategy and execution for a brand with a cult following and bold expansion plans.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and scale multi-channel paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Instagram
- Strategically manage budgets, optimize spend, and increase overall marketing efficiency
- Use performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) to continuously refine campaigns
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce thumb-stopping creative
- Run A/B tests to enhance targeting, messaging, and funnel performance
- Identify and test new paid acquisition channels and tactics
- Drive full-funnel growth—partnering on CRO and lifecycle strategies to improve conversion and retention
- Stay sharp on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor activity
What You Bring:
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- A track record of driving measurable e-commerce growth, ideally within a DTC or Shopify-based brand
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Webflow or similar tools
- Strength in analytics and reporting, with confidence interpreting performance metrics to drive action
- Familiarity with CRO best practices, testing frameworks, and customer journey mapping
- Bonus: Copywriting experience or involvement with influencer/UGC strategies
