Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Security Governance, Information Security, Physical Security, and Personnel Security.

• Lead and manage security compliance programs across all business units.

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

• Supervise critical security incident investigations.

• Report regularly to the Group Executive and Board of Directors on security performance.

• Ensure risk management profiles align with ISO 31000 standards.

• Coordinate initiatives in emerging areas of information security.

• Manage internal and external audit requirements for the Information Security Management System.

• Ensure corporate buildings and data centres have appropriate physical security measures.

• Implement safe onboarding and offboarding procedures for staff and contractors.

• Provide expert advice on information security to executives, management, and clients.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum 5 years in an IT Security Professional role.

• Australian Federal Government Security Clearance (Negative Vetting Level 1 or higher).

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.

• Extensive experience in information security domains, including vulnerability management, pentesting, cloud security, and security architecture.

• Proven track record in managing ISO, PCI, and SOC2 certification programs.

• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks like ISO 31000.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate complex security issues to executives.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members.

• Experience with ASD ISM/PSPF and other global standards.
