Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to support the execution of a wide range of events, from intimate dinners to large-scale deliberative gatherings. Key Responsibilities
• Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute various events, including dinners, meetings, conferences, and corporate functions.
• Venue Sourcing and Logistics: Identify and secure suitable venues, arrange travel and accommodation, and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships to ensure high-quality service.
• Event Technology and A/V Support: Oversee the setup and operation of audio/visual equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Catering and Hospitality: Coordinate catering services, manage dietary requirements, and oversee presentation.
• Communication and Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing team on event communications and serve as the primary point of contact for attendees.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to gather feedback and implement improvements for future events.
Desired Skills and Attributes
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate event planning and coordination.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of audio/visual technology and event production.
