Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement enterprise software solutions for large-scale clients
• Lead the design and integration of industrial analytics and AI/ML platforms
• Support vendor assessments through RFI/RFP processes
• Drive predictive maintenance and reliability engineering strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements
• Integrate IoT sensors and condition monitoring into existing systems
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value
• Ensure alignment with data governance and digital strategy frameworks

Desired Skills and Attributes

• A degree in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in asset or technology consulting
• Experience in the mining or mining-adjacent industry
• Proven ability in software selection, optimisation and transformation programs
• Strong grasp of operational analytics and machine learning applications
• Familiarity with industrial IoT and condition monitoring technologies
• Background in reliability engineering or established asset management frameworks
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
• Comfortable navigating complex data ecosystems and integrations
• Commitment to delivering measurable outcomes in demanding environments
