The Role:

As the Email Marketing Manager for this thriving beauty brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and revenue growth through targeted email campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling email strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your creativity and analytical skills to optimize email performance and foster customer loyalty.


  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, sales, and events.
  • Segment email lists and tailor content to different customer segments for maximum relevance.
  • Create engaging email content including copy, graphics, and calls-to-action.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing calendar and ensure timely deployment of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in email marketing and ecommerce.


  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the beauty or ecommerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize innovative email campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
