My client is a dynamic and rapidly growing specialised marketing agency that provide innovative solutions to help businesses in the industrial sector thrive in the online landscape. They are experts in providing strategy, creative direction, and services for the industrial sector. They work across a multitude of avenues from strategy to growth, design and brand development, web design and development, advertising, digital marketing and more.
The Role:
My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing and paid media strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion for their clients.
  • Strategy Development. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for the clients whilst conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Campaign Management. Plan, execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns eg PPC, pre roll, SEO, SEM, and more.
  • Content Creation and Optimization. Drive traffic through SEO and web strategy, ensuring an improvement on search engine rankings also.
  • Social Media Management. Educate yourself, your team members and  clients about the latest and greatest in social media and digital marketing.
  • Lead the Analytics and Reporting over all organic and paid digital marketing clients.
  • Client Communications and account management. Provide end-to-end account management/client service of select social media/content marketing accounts.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar title.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (eg Digital Marketing) or experience in this field.
  • Solid understanding of PPC and Retargeting- campaign planning, budgeting, execution, analysis. Excellent social tools and social media understanding.
  • Solid experience working with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, (and other socials) Gsuite, Slack and more.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience communicating with clients.
  • An understanding of Adobe CS is a bonus but not a necessity!
  • Agency experience, or experience working for the industrial sector or B2B clients is also a major plus, but not a necessity.
