Role Overview:

The Customer Loyalty Manager will be a vital part of our Sydney team, enhancing our reward fulfilment processes, elevating customer service levels, and refining our product offerings to meet market trends and client expectations. This role requires someone who has in-depth knowledge of loyalty programs, understands their operations inside and out, and has a proven track record of building or improving these programs through development improvements and savvy marketing strategies for customer engagement and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute reward strategies that align with client goals.
  • Partner collaboratively for a diverse and attractive reward portfolio.
  • Manage the efficiency of distribution and redemption processes.
