Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture practice, delivering high-quality solutions and thought leadership.

• Oversee the development and documentation of complex digital solutions.

• Provide strategic and technical guidance to internal teams and external clients.

• Develop and maintain the Digital Environment technology framework and associated offerings.

• Act as a design authority, ensuring technical consistency and quality across projects.

• Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.

• Engage in hands-on work, including building customer POCs and trials, and complementing delivery engineering teams as needed.

• Manage presales activities, including bid allocation and quality assurance of submissions.

• Mentor and guide architectural staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Extensive experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.

• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in designing and deploying large-scale infrastructure.

• Proficiency in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and Pragmatic EA.

• Proven expertise in Azure services architecture and cloud migration strategies.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

• Experience in developing reusable IP, standards, and best practices.

• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• ITIL certification and experience with M365 are desirable.
