Job description
AE Manager | SaaS Company | Remote from the US | $120-200k + Benefits + Comms
The Company:
A fast-scaling SaaS innovator is transforming how data workflows are automated across regulated industries. With a strong presence in the financial services space—particularly insurance and wealth management—this pioneering organization empowers enterprise teams to streamline processes such as underwriting, onboarding, and account setup. Backed by significant year-over-year growth and an impressive portfolio of enterprise customers, this forward-thinking group is entering its next phase of expansion across North America.
The Role:
This is a rare opportunity for a sales leader ready to help scale a well-established go-to-market foundation. The AE Manager will lead the charge in defining the structure, strategy, and daily execution of a high-performing sales team. From building playbooks to closing enterprise-level deals, this role blends tactical leadership with hands-on business development. Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and executive leadership, the AE Manager will help shape the future of a growing team and company. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the enterprise sales function from pipeline generation through post-sale expansion
- Hire, coach, and lead a team of Account Executives and SDRs
- Build and refine sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting models
- Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals (up to $1M+ ARR)
- Develop outbound and field marketing strategies tied to key industry events
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership
- Establish ideal customer profiles, competitive positioning, and messaging frameworks
- Represent the company at high-impact conferences and networking events
- Track and optimise sales KPIs including win rates, deal velocity, and revenue targets
- Foster a results-driven, feedback-oriented sales culture grounded in ownership and integrity
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Experience in field sales and event-led business development
- Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem
- Technically curious with a desire to deeply understand product capabilities
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Passion for building high-performing teams and scalable sales infrastructure
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by the opportunity to build from the ground up. Candidates excited by the challenge of scaling a growing sales function in a high-impact, remote-first environment are encouraged to apply.
