Account Manager | IT Services | Consultancy | Hybrid (Vancouver) | $70,000 - $90,000 + Benefits

The Role:

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of clients who use their Managed IT Service offering. You'll join a team with a deep understanding of client needs across various platforms. Embrace the possibilities that technology brings to an evolving business landscape, delivering solutions that enhance client experiences, and drive growth while optimizing performance. The ideal candidate has a degree in business, marketing, or related field, and is looking to enter the world of technology consulting. You are eager to learn new skills, work with a diverse range of clients, and grow with a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio, cross-selling and upselling our range of solutions and services.
  • Coordinate with Technical Support and Implementation teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects and services.
  • Monitor and report on client feedback, issues, and satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients, negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and product enhancements.
  • Actively seek opportunities for self-development through training and learning new releases or solutions.
  • Some travel to client sites will be required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is an asset
  • 2-5 years experience working in sales/account management
  • Experiencing working within a professional services environment and/or industrial sector clients and companies a major asset
  • Strong time management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience with Managed IT Services, ERP systems, or similar solutions a strong asset
