The Role:


As the Account Director, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and cultivate lasting relationships with a portfolio of high-profile advertisers.   • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve client objectives and revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to foster professional development and drive performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop innovative media plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to organic growth initiatives through strategic account management.




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client services within the advertising or media industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and driving business results.
  • Strong CRM skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Collaborative personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with media planning and analytics tools.
