The Role:

As an Account Director, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, both for our valued clients and our anonymous global digital advertising agency. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading client strategy, conducting meetings, and preparing compelling case studies.
  • Providing crucial support to clients in devising impactful and efficient digital media strategies, alongside data analysis, trend monitoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborating with clients to craft detailed digital media plans tailored to achieve their KPIs.
  • Ensuring all campaigns are successfully executed, including budget management and handling monthly invoices.
  • Working closely with a team of media consultants to lead your dedicated Support Team and ensure consistently positive outcomes.

About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related subjects.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, specifically in account management or a related role.
  • Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, client-oriented mindset, and exceptional motivation.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in Account Management, whether on the client or agency side.
  • A true people person who thrives on collaboration and can effortlessly build internal relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales/Consultants/Ad Operations).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, combined with problem-solving and decision-making prowess.
  • You possess an insatiable curiosity and are always eager to stay updated on the latest developments in the digital industry.
  • Strong expertise in paid media with a keen sense of commercial acumen is a must, while other related skills are highly regarded
