Although this role is based in Australia, this is a global marketing agency with offices on all continents. Owned by Samsung, you're guaranteed to be working on some exciting, high profile projects to be seen locally and around the world. 
 
The Role
This is a full 360 UX focussed role. You will be working from problem identification, to conducting interviews and workshops with target audiences, through to prototyping.

The role has a focus on continuous improvement and is supporting the design and development team in creating websites, landing pages, web assets and CRO design from a UX perspective. 

This could include:
  • Defining the right interaction model and evaluating its success
  • Working with CX analysts to create and implement attractive designs
  • Conduct testing of websites and sample applications
  • Conduct UX research through qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Building storyboards to conceptualise designs to clients and senior management
  • Creating and optimising assets, including iconography and imagery
Requirements: 
To be successful in this role you will need 3 years of experience in UX research and design. You could have had a previous career in digital design or decided to pivot prom UI to UX. Although not essential, knowledge of web based programming languages such as javascript, HTML and CSS is advantageous.
